FortuneJack Crypto Casino: Honest Review of Trust Factors, Games, Site Features & Player Benefits
Launched in 2014, at a time when other trailblazers like Bustabit, Bitcasino.io, and BetChain were building the foundation of the crypto-gambling space, FortuneJack is one of the few players in this field that can say it has survived for over a decade. Originally operated by the Nexus Group Enterprises, now by PlayWave SRL, which we assume is the same management under a different name, relocated to Costa Rica working under an Anjouan license.
At one time, this platform claimed to have over 1.3 million users, but we doubt this figure. Certainly, it is doubtful that this is how many active users the site has. Maybe this is how many accounts were created here throughout this hub’s lifetime, but there is no chance that this many people are currently using it. It supports eleven cryptos, has an interface viewable in eight languages, houses thousands of games, runs a modest VIP system, and a BETBY sportsbook.
Is FortuneJack trusted, legit & safe?
For sure, FortuneJack is trusted by a loyal fanbase. The people running this site are quite active on Bitcointalk, and they reply to user complaints quite quickly. The platform implements all the customary security measures for sites of its rank and has been in operation for over a decade, so we have no reason to call it unsafe.
Is FortuneJack licensed by any recognized licensing bodies?
In the past, FortuneJack had an Antillephone license, but it now has Anjouan’s approval, licensed by the Offshore Finance Authority of this Indian Ocean island. That has now become the most popular crypto-gambling license, after Curacao got rid of its master license system and tightened up its regulation due to pressure from the Netherlands.
What’s FortuneJack’s reputation with players and the wider gambling industry?
On gambling review sites, this brand has excellent ratings for gamblers who have used it, always ranking highly at top hubs. Yet, on Trustpilot, its grade is not that great, standing at 2.5 when we wrote/updated this FortuneJack casino review. The site team replies to over 65% of negative reviews on there, and it surprised us to see its relatively low grade at Trustpilot. In general, this is a well-respected crypto-gambling website in the sector at large.
Are there any known blacklistings or reported scandals?
No widely documented blacklistings by any top watchdog have been noted for FortuneJack, and we have not seen any major scandals make the news cycle connected to this brand.
We have seen some criticism of the site’s $JACK token project, which seemingly came and went, and the site’s shift from a Curacao license to an Anjouan license. The latter was likely a move done to avoid stricter regulators, which some users did not like, as an Anjouan license is more questionable than a Curacao one today.
Concerning the Jack token, we have seen many site users be mad over its unknown status, saying the whole token fiasco has caused them financial difficulty, and they demand answers.
Have there been any known data breaches?
We found no reports of any data breaches associated with FortuneJack when we last updated this review in the summer of 2025.
Does the site handle player data privacy effectively?
Based on what we saw in the FortuneJack privacy policy, we would say the site does this moderately effective. We have chosen to label its data handling as such due to its broad data practices. The policy states that this site uses third-party subcontractors for services, like information processing.
There is a ten-year retention period noted after a customer relationship ends, meaning this casino will keep all data you share with it for that timeframe. We understand this is probably something mandated for AML compliance, but it is quite lengthy. In the EU and UK, the common regulatory standard is five years for companies to keep transaction data. So, this is double the norm, which is strange since FortuneJack operates under Costa Rican law and an Anjouan license, and both of these are not famous for stringent data protection. There are also a few more things we did not like about the privacy policy here, but we will not bore you with them. Overall, we would say FortuneJack’s measures are sufficient on this front but not great from a user’s perspective.
Can players access login and transaction histories?
The FortuneJack website allows you to review your crypto transfer records, but it does not permit you to check out when you have accessed this platform, and from what device.
Are there any credible and recurring player complaints about FortuneJack?
We have seen people being mad about this brand’s inadequate responsible gambling facilities and have read frustration over inconsistent promotions. Also, you will face heavy provider restrictions here, which has irked a lot of users and is not the case with some other reliable crypto casinos we have reviewed.
What levels of blockchain-specific security will I get playing at FortuneJack?
You can activate 2FA here via SMS or app. The security tab in your FortuneJack profile does not give you any more safety features, and the T&C mentions nothing extra on this front. It does state that this platform has developed proprietary anti-fraud technology to spot cheating players/bettors, but we think this is to scare and doubt they have actually created something like this. They have likely employed some third-party software for this purpose. The AML page states that FortuneJack uses Chainalysis KYT to discover risks like darknet activity.
FortuneJack has a Let’s Encrypt (E5) server certificate, which notes the use of the standard TLS authentication protocol and Elliptic Curve Public Key.
Has FortuneJack won any crypto-gambling industry awards?
We know of no super recognizable honors that FortuneJack has claimed, referring to top industry shows like EGR, SiGMA, and SBC. What we will tell you is that in 2022, this site won the Commission Offer of the Year at the Affpapa iGaming Awards, the same year we collected the Best Crypto Affiliate honor at this show. We won it the following year as well.
Is the longevity of FortuneJack a factor to consider before playing?
Yes, but in a positive sense, as this is one of the longest-running crypto casinos. It has been active since 2014, which makes it one of the oldest sites of its kind. So, it must be doing something right to still be operating after more than a decade in the industry.
What levels of community engagement are evident?
There is no public chat at FortuneJack. The site has two official Telegram channels – an announcement one that has only three thousand subscribers and a chat one that has eight thousand, which is fairly low for a crypto casino and sportsbook of this kind of status. The FortuneJack Discord also has an unimpressive six hundred and thirty members, and the platform’s X profile has twenty-six thousand followers. Its official Reddit is pretty dead, yet the Bitcointalk thread for this site is pretty active, with the FortuneJack management actively posting there, informing the forum’s gamblers about all their latest deals.
Are the terms and conditions clear and fair?
In our opinion, they are clear and well-structured. The language, as in most terms, is legal, but it is also relatively straightforward. There is nothing major that we can cling to saying that it is unclear. Regarding fairness, FortuneJack gives itself discretion in multiple areas, such as grounds to close your account and confiscate your funds when it suspects fraud. It also disclaims liability for many issues. These include losses due to third-party payment providers and site errors.
Does FortuneJack provide players with responsible gambling-related resources?
There are no responsible gambling tools in your FortuneJack profile. The site has a self-exclusion policy, which tells you that you have to set limits for your session yourself without giving you platform functions that will make this easy for you. If you think you are gambling too much, then this part of the site advises you to reach out to the help department at support@fortunejack.com and request that an account ban be placed on your profile. Please remember that this policy outright states that such requests made through the live chat window are not valid, which we find strange. We guess they are not considered official enough.
What levels of anonymity can a player at FortuneJack expect?
The site does not show gamblers’ names in tables, it obscures them with asterisks. That said, you may go through KYC here, and you must supply your phone number on your profile info page. In theory, you might be able to fly under the radar on this platform if you keep your withdrawals low, per its AML policy, but we are unsure how well that will work, and assume that at some point, you will get hit with a KYC request at FortuneJack.
What are the account registration requirements?
You can join this crypto gaming and betting platform using your Google credentials, which we tried and failed. We would put this on FortuneJack’s shoulders, as the site asked for our Google password, which we thought was weird, and then it rejected our sign-up attempt. We tried this with two addresses, forcing us to register the traditional route by supplying our email, entering a password, and agreeing to the general terms. When we tried to verify our newly created account, FortuneJack again gave us trouble, refusing to send us the verification code. Even though we clicked the resend button multiple times, it did not arrive.
What are the KYC requirements?
PlayWave, the company operating FortuneJack.com, notes that customers must complete identity verification for withdrawals exceeding $10,000 or if they try to take out more than $100,000 in a month. However, they also note that the site can make gamblers go through KYC at its discretion, and this applies when they label someone as a high-risk user. We asked what is a high-risk user, and the support staff said these are usually gamblers from countries like Iran and Syria. They also mentioned that they give their employees annual AML training and that their KYC procedure is the customary one, with you giving them a photo ID and proof of address clearly displaying your name.
What’s the game selection like at FortuneJack?
It’s pretty good. We are unsure of the exact number of games that get housed here. The website does not supply such info, and we have read conflicting information through other sources, with some putting the number of titles here at over three thousand and others at much lower. Given how many game suppliers FortuneJack works with, we would estimate that this figure is in the several thousand.
The products here get divided into the following categories – Slots, Live, Instant, Crash, Bonus Wager, and Favorites. When you enter a distinct category, you can get some extra categorization choices, like Jackpot and Megaways in the reel-spinning product section.
You can browse the FortuneJack game lobby by selected provider and search for options you are familiar with. This casino could benefit from adding better/more advanced sorting/filtering functions.
Are there any notable provably fair games?
Yes. You can find twenty-three games in the provably fair style in the Crash Game section. Some of these let you verify outcome fairness, others don’t. They come from Spribe, Orbital, Lambda Gaming, GameArt, Pragmatic Play, NetGame, BGaming, Evoplay, Betsoft, Mancala, Mascot, and Onlyplay.
Which software providers provide the games?
Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger, Playtech, Microgaming, Spribe, Amigo Gaming, BGaming, Betsoft, Play’n GO, Kalamba Games, Onlyplay, Eurasian Gaming, Quickspin, Push Gaming, Yggdrasil Gaming, Fazi, Octoplay, Big Time Gaming, Claw Buster, Belatra Games, Imagine Live, Mancala Gaming, Habanero, Lambda Gaming, NetGame Entertainment, VoltEnt, Platipus, Orbital, KA Gaming, Betgames.tv, Spin2Win, GameArt, EvoPlay, Booming Games, PG Soft, Endorphina, PlaySon, Rela Gaming, Live88, and TaDa Gaming.
Are any RTP (Return to Player) or payout percentages published?
No, they are not.
What original games can you play here?
None. FortuneJack has not developed or commissioned such games.
Are high-FortuneJack bets allowed?
Yes. All the products we checked had their usual max bets, but as we get into it below, this site has a max win cap and seems to be missing Evolution’s VIP blackjack tables. But its Lightning Roulette games accept wagers up to $20,000 per spin at FortuneJack.
Are there any progressive jackpot games?
FortuneJack has a jackpot tab in the slot section of its lobby, as discussed above. There, you will find various slots with fixed jackpot prizes; you may even stumble upon ones that connect to a progressive network, like Relax’s Dream Drop (Pinata Popper, Temple of Fury, Volatile Vikings 2). But we did not see the most famous online slot progressive juggernauts at FortuneJack.
Are there any demo games you can play for free?
Yes, just ensure that the Fun Play toggle is on in the game you have selected; it will be under the game window.
Are there tutorials for playing games?
There are some game reviews and guides in the FortuneJack blog.
What bonuses does FortuneJack provide?
When you join FortuneJack, you get a chance to collect a four-part welcome bonus that can yield up to 200,000 USDT in free-play funds. This deal consists of four matches on your first four site deposits of 110%, 120%, 130%, and 140%, respectively, with the first two sections of this deal supplying two hundred and fifty and one hundred and fifty free spins, respectively. FortuneJack offers you a shot to replace the four deposit matches for four cashback promos of 20% for each of your first four deposits. The first two parts ask for a minimum deposit of 0.5 mBTC, with a max cashout limit of 400 mBTC, while the second two have a minimum deposit of 1 mBTC and a max cashout cap of 800 mBTC.
Sports bettors that flock to FortuneJack can collect a 100% free bet up to $200, which is a promotion that applies exclusively to betting fun. The awarded free bet expires in three days, and its wagering requirement must get met in two weeks.
Are there regular promotional offers besides standard bonuses?
Aside from the registration ones, the loyalty scheme, and the contests featured here, we saw no other promotional offers at FortuneJack.
Are the bonus terms transparent?
They are transparent enough, outlining the most important things you need to know about, with some usual ambiguities, like with bonus abuse. We are sure that some feel the site staff here also has too much discretionary power, as FortuneJack’s management decisions in disputes are final. The platform offers no appeal process.
Are there any wagering requirements/rollover rules attached to bonus use?
For the sports welcome bonus, there is an x3 rollover that must get met on bets with three or more selections, each one listing odds of 1.3 or higher. Each section of the four-part casino bundle carries an x40 wagering requirement.
Are there any cashback deals?
Rebates are only provided at FortuneJack through this site’s loyalty program.
Are any tournaments or competitions run as promos?
FortuneJack runs Wager Races on popular slots. These usually have a one-week timeframe and supply winnings in either cash prizes or free spins. The website also participates in Pragmatic Play’s Drops and Wins tournaments, which feature prize pools where points get calculated as Win/Bet (e.g., a €1 bet winning €50 scores 50 points), with only the first 5,000 wagers. Parallel to these contests, Daily Prize Drops distribute $30,000 across various rewards.
Sports bettors, football/soccer fans, can participate in FortuneJack’s Majestic 7 long-running contest, which gives away a grand prize of $10,000 (shared) to those that correctly predict all seven goalscorers. Prizes for six or five correct predictions are also awarded.
Lastly, on this front, we saw that FortuneJack was running a massive promotion with a reward pool of 900,000 USD and half a million free spins, where participants unlock bonus games by reaching betting milestones. The promo had distinct rules, but it was ending close to when we published this review, so we did not want to mention the name. Nonetheless, we hope that you will be able to see such prestigious competitions at FortuneJack again.
Are there any native tokens?
There was a $JACK Token that this site debuted in August 2024, with a deflationary mechanism and a one billion supply. Nonetheless, there is now no mention of this digital asset on the FortuneJack website. It is unclear what happened to this token, but the support team told us that we should watch the Telegram Announcements channel for updates on this topic. We read that it may be still active. In any case, this project has either totally disappeared, gotten massively stalled, or lost momentum altogether.
What VIP or loyalty program benefits does FortuneJack offer players?
FortuneJack’s loyalty system bears the name The Loyalty Garage. In this system, which you join automatically after you create an account on this platform, you earn points by placing bets. You can only do this after verifying your email and phone number. The scheme starts you off at the Scooter Tier. Note that the status points you collect here at a rate of one for every $100 expire monthly. Thus, the more you wager here, the higher your tier, which you keep only if you maintain your wagering pace.
There are five tiers in this program. They are Scooter, Tesla, Lambo, Yacht, and VIP. Only real money bets count toward point accumulation, with different genres contributing differently. For example, slots contribute 100%, table games, live games, and provably fair titles do so with 5%, and sports betting contributes 10%.
The perks of the Loyalty Garage are monthly cashback and weekly reload bonuses. Scooter members get a 3% cashback, while Yacht ones receive a 10% one. The reload bonuses range from 25% up to 0.25 BTC for Scooter to 40% up to 2 BTC for Yacht. The top tier of this system – VIP – is invitation-only. It supplies a 50% weekly reload, 3% VIP BankBack Cashback, a 15% monthly cashback, instant deposit cashback (if 80% of a deposit is lost), and a VIP host to boot.
Are there crypto-specific incentives? Staking rewards?
If the $JACK token gets a second life, maybe staking rewards will make their way to FortuneJack. The promised raffles will maybe appear here. At the moment of writing, we spotted no crypto-specific incentives on this hub.
What crypto payment methods can players use?
You can utilize Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Binance Coin, Solana, Litecoin, Tron, USD Coin, Dogecoin, Polygon, and DASH.
Is there any crypto wallet integration?
No, there is none.
Are there fast withdrawal processing times at FortuneJack?
The team told us they normally instantly process withdrawals, adding that their Payment Processing Team staff does its best to confirm all withdrawal requests in seconds. Still, this process may take up to fifteen minutes, and in the case of suspicious or troublesome requests, this timeline can drag out longer than usual.
Are there any withdrawal limits?
The general minimum withdrawal limit at FortuneJack is $50. There is not much about withdrawal maximums in the general T&C, which only states that the max payout this website will provide via a single bet is the fiat equivalent of EUR 300,000. Naturally, this excludes any jackpot winnings. Depending on your approved staking level, certain Gaming Services may allow wins exceeding this prize cap. Still, when playing here, you agree that you will forfeit winnings over the mentioned threshold.
Are there any payment processing fees?
The FortuneJack live chat agent we spoke to told us that this site does charge a fee for withdrawals, which is automatically calculated based on the withdrawal sum up to a maximum of $5. If you take out more than $150 from your balance, there is no fee.
Does FortuneJack Casino have a general deposit rollover rule?
Yes, the site has a quite specific rollover structure for deposits. Before requesting one from this crypto-gambling hub, you must wager 30% of the deposit made for slot play, you must bet the funds you have deposited for live game action one time over, and the same goes for those used on Instant and Crash Games. Sports bets must get bet x0.5 times, and mixed activity requires x1 wagering.
Now, all this got told to us by the agent we spoke to. Yet, on the terms page, it says that for slots and live games, you must wager your deposit two times over. We would assume that the agent knows what he is talking about and that this is outdated info. We inquired about this, as the general terms were updated a few days before we read them, which left us confused. We got told that what the agent said was standard practice and the x2 rule is only valid in specific cases. As far as specific cases go, if the site staff suspects that you may be using their service as a mixer, then they can hit you with an x5 rollover.
Are there any other non-standard/questionable payment-related conditions?
There is a 5% monthly fee at FortuneJack for accounts that have been inactive for a year. That is not super unusual, but still something we dislike. The site lacks SegWit support for Bitcoin users. Also, deposits and withdrawals in Ethereum and Tron here do not support smart contracts or tokens. Note that the platform can choose to pay withdrawals in installments at its discretion, unlike most other sites, which list a cap above which they pay out in installments.
Does the site deliver a strong user experience?
It offers a comparable one to what you will find at sites like CryptoLeo, Stake, and BC.Game. FortuneJack may not be as robust in the functions/content it offers, but its UX is comparable to the cited platforms.
Website design
In terms of design, FortuneJack boasts a familiar look that we have deemed modern before. It has a sleek aesthetic that is user-friendly, a dark theme with black and grey tones that dominate, and orange accents. The graphics used are also nice, nothing unique, but they create a sense of cohesion.
Ease of use
The organizational layout is familiar standard, with a left-side menu and a top navigation bar, with games organized in a grid structure. We are not sure whose software solution this is, but we have seen it elsewhere. Thus, navigation should be pretty intuitive here for experienced gamblers and newbies, as everything is pretty par the course at FortuneJack and pretty streamlined.
Speed & technical performance
As noted above, we had trouble verifying our account here, and we got met with several 404 errors. We think the latter were connected to us letting pages sit idle for a few minutes. Because when we did, on some occasions, when switching to a new page, we got asked to complete a captcha. We noticed other users facing similar issues online, so we cannot say the performance this website displayed was top-notch. Its speed was good though.
Customizable options
We noticed no options for you to customize the FortuneJack UI, aside from changing the interface language or doing anything that will tailor the gaming/betting experience this platform provides better to your needs.
What’s the Customer Support like at FortuneJack?
We do not think we have ever gotten called dear in a conversation with a support agent before, but we got called that here multiple times. The person we spoke to on several occasions here using the live chat window, always the same one, was super pleasant and super helpful, replying to all our inquiries in a swift, knowledgeable, and respectful manner. From within the chat window you can access a mini-help center with twenty-one aid articles.
You can access the FortuneJack FAQ via a footer link or from inside the T&C page, where these questions and answers live, around fifty of them covering game fairness, account verification, bonuses, technical issues, and so on. This section of the site is not high-end but better than what we usually see.
For more detailed inquiries, send a message to support@fortunejack.com. You can attach documents and images if you need to. We tried out this help avenue and got a response in half an hour, one we would dub – good. We sent our question during European working hours.
Mobile gaming experience
Currently, FortuneJack does not have a mobile app. The team said they have no plans on developing one, as their mobile site works well enough. We tested it on our Android phone and agreed. It is a scaled-down experience to what you get on a desktop machine. What we did not like on a smaller screen is that navigation requires some side-swiping due to screen size constraints and that the layout does not seem perfectly fitted for mobile devices. Yet, even with these minor design quirks, we would say that FortuneJack’s mobile version remains a solid play-on-the-go option which loads quite fast.
Is FortuneJack available in any local languages?
You can view the FortuneJack website in Korean, Portuguese, German, Japanese, English, Turkish, Spanish, and Hindi.
How does FortuneJack compare against its closest competitors?
Against sites like BitStarz and Rakebit, we can say that FortuneJack holds its own, with its strongest sides being its game catalog, its polished UI, sports betting section, and wagering competitions. Yet, it trails behind in others, which we assume is why it has not gotten a higher industry status over the years.
What countries are restricted from playing?
If you live or are currently staying in the USA, UK, Australia, Austria, France, Comoros, Germany, Spain, or the Netherlands, you cannot play here. You also cannot enjoy this site if you are in jurisdictions that the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority and Gaming Board deem forbidden and if you are in any FATF-blacklisted countries.
FortuneJack has a page dedicated to prohibited territories, and there, you will find all the regions mentioned above, plus countries where games from specific providers get banned.
Is FortuneJack affiliated with or connected to any other crypto casinos?
FortuneJack’s operator now is PlayWave SRL, but in the past, we have seen Nexus Group Enterprises get cited as this platform’s operator. We could not find any other gambling websites linked to these two entities.
Can you buy crypto on-site?
Yes. The FortuneJack cashier window has a Buy Crypto tab, which is a Changelly module built into it, which lets you buy some digital coins without having to leave this platform.
Conclusion
With its BETBY sportsbook and above-average game arsenal, FortuneJack is not a bad choice for anyone, especially if they want to play at a proven platform that has managed to maintain in this competitive space. In all honesty, we would have assumed that FortuneJack would have grown into something bigger by now than it has, but it has remained a reputable brand, even with its $JACK token uncertainty and user dissatisfaction.
Aside from the betting and game pages, you get an enticing four-part welcome package that can yield a sizeable 200,000 USDT in free-play funds if you can complete this bundle’s terms. We would say that the first two parts are completable for regular users, while the second two are more apt for higher-rollers.
The UI here is good, as is the customer support. We are not fans of some of the terms here, and some stuff is not clearly explained in the T&C. Also, the platform needs to add responsible gambling tools.
As a whole, we would call FortuneJack a trusted platform with a few operational hiccups, but it is still one worth considering. It has decent functionality and ranks well with many veterans we keep in touch with. So, we say explore it.
Pros:
- Old crypto casino
- Good game selection
- Good welcome package
- Quality live chat support
Cons:
- No responsible gambling features
- Website seems a bit buggy
- Non-jackpot max win cap
- Withdrawal fees

Decent plattform, I like to play here. Thumbs up!
Avoid Fortunejack unless you want them to randomly steal your money after you manage to win with baseless accusations of “multi-accounting”, despite there being absolutely zero advantage to having multiple fortunejack accounts because they offer no bonuses at all that aren’t 30-45x playthrough requirement deposit traps.
Bonuses: In one year of playing on fortunejack, I have not been offered one bonus that wasn’t structured in the way I just mentioned, a blatant ploy to sucker me into trapping my deposit into a near impossible to meet 30-45x playthrough requirement. I didn’t even receive the free spins that they advertise when I signed up because of some catch in their terms and conditions, though I don’t recall what that was.
As for their loyalty program, “miami garage”; I have lost thousands of dollars playing on the site over the course almost a year, their loyalty program has given me roughly $20 ($5 or so on 4 seperate months) back to show their appreciation. Because like everything else about fortunejack, they hide the details next to asterisks. Their loyalty program pays based upon your deposits rather than your bets, and those deposits have a minimum amount requirement or nearly $100 or more depending on the price of bitcoin. If you make smaller deposits, it doesn’t matter what they add up to cumulatively, you get no cash back. Then on top of that, there are loss percentage requirements in order to receive cash back, so you can lose but if you “don’t lose enough” you aren’t eligible for cash back.
So unless I’ve been playing the site wrong, I’d love for someone to inform me what I would possibly gain by having more than one account. When you consider that a site like Stake.com will pay you affiliate rewards to recruit your friends, and Stake.com actually *has bonuses* that are worth a damn and not just deposit traps, and then you take a look at what Fortunejack is doing, it’s pretty easy to figure out what this is really about. They have this multi-accounting rule so they can steal your money while burdening you to prove a negative after they accuse you, meaning you can’t prove to them that you didn’t have more than one account, because how would you? Therefore all they have to do is conjure up an accusation about you and there is nothing you can do to prove them wrong, which they’re fully aware of. This is made even more obvious by the fact that they don’t perform “security checks” to see if multi-accounting is going on up until you actually win some money and it’s time for them to pay out.
I went 6 consecutive months playing on fortunejack without winning enough to meet the $150 cashout reqiurement not one time, and fortunejack gleefully accepted every single one of my deposits with no concern over “KYC requirements” or “multi-accounting”. Yet after losing for 6 months, I finally win one time and my withdraw just “randomly” gets withheld so they can perform a “security check”. Now that they owe me money, they suddenly need to verify my identity and see if anyone else just so happened to play on the same IP address as me. Obviously so that they can accuse me of breaking their rules and keep my money as a consequence.
These people are crooks, plain and simple, and it’s amazing to me that they receive high ratings such as the one found here. I guarantee you that if you play on fortunejack, it’s just a matter of time before they do to you what they are doing to me right now. I’ve waited 36 hours as of right now for my cash out, jumping through hoops and having to kiss their asses, begging for money that is supposed to have already been in my posession. Does that sound like something you want to spend your time on? If so, then Fortunejack is the place for you, as it is ran by greedy con artists preying on people who don’t know better.
Oh they might let you have your first few withdraws, sure, because they want to suck you in like they did to me and get you to continue playing on their site, despite the fact that you are losing over and over again, paying them thousands of dollars. Then one day out of the blue you’re going to win, and that’s when they’re going to hit you with the “security check” and take your money from you. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
Hello,
we are very sorry to hear about that negative experience and at the same time appreciate you sharing it with us.
Can you please give us an update? Was this sorted, eventually?
Game selection is pretty good and welcome bonus pretty much same as all online casino. Site is not lagging and support seem to be available at all time.
