BetFury just announced that they now have a Curacao license and that’s something definitely worth a news post – even more so since we have been criticizing them for not having a gaming license.
We will not discuss the value of a Curacao gaming license in this post, that`s a very big topic we could write a lot about. Instead, let’s focus on what BetFury have stated when they made the announcement.
BetFury “promise” they will now be able to add even more famous and reputable slots providers. They would also be able to add more payment options due to their new license and probably simplify deposits and withdrawals (not sure about this one).
Players would now be able to trust them even more, take advantage of various events by new providers etc.
Well – truth is, we like the fact that BetFury now have a license. Time will tell how much of a difference it will make.
One interesting topic that hasn’t been mentioned – especially important for many crypto gamblers – is KYC. While BetFury didn’t ask for KYC until now, we will wait and see how they will handle this in the upcoming future – most likely there will be cases when they enforce KYC. Also, due to country restrictions, players from certain regions won’t be able to use BetFury any longer.
