We thought that we should do something for our female readers, and after thinking about what other types of slots we should cover for a few minutes, the idea of running through the Cinderella ones available popped in our head. After some research, we found out that thirteen of these games got released in the past fifteen years, and some, like Greentube’s Cinderella are no longer available. So, from the few that are, we compiled a list of five. Granted, these are not super high-quality products, but for fans of this folk tale, immortalized through the legendary Disney cartoon, they may be Okay for a few minutes or hours of online gambling fun. Let’s run them down.
Wish Upon a Jackpot
We have discussed Blueprint Gaming quite a bit on our site, primarily due to their branded games. We have even reviewed a couple of the company’s Ted movie spinners and have mentioned their Naked Gun slot, which we enjoy playing now and again as massive fans of that goofy comedy. Wish Upon a Jackpot is an old-school Blueprint title that debuted in 2013. Surprisingly, this game still has its fans, ranking in the top one thousand most-played gaming products in markets like Finland, Ireland, Canada, the UK, Sweden, Portugal, Mexico, and a few others. That is a pretty impressive feat, given that this spinner has been around for eleven years. Why is this so? Shall we dive in?
The RTP here ranges from 92.46% to 95.26%, the variance level is medium, and the utilized layout features five reels and three rows with twenty paylines. The highlights of Wish Upon a Jackpot are its multiple bonuses. You have the Fairy Godmother bonus that can randomly trigger and reveal five different features. The Fairytale Bonus is another enticing aspect of this game, triggered by landing three book scatters that allow you to reveal features like the Rumpelstiltskin Deal Maker, offering multiplier deals, and Jack and the Beanstalk feature, where you pick beans for multipliers up to x1,000. On top of all this, Wish Upon a Jackpot has a Three Little Pigs Free Spins and a Rapunzel extra mode, where Prince Charming goes up a fifth-reel tower to hopefully snag a x5 multiplier.
There is also a Megaways version of this slot, and there is a physical machine that you may find at some land-based venues.
Cinderella by Platipus
If you are an experienced online gambler, you probably know of Platipus and have played some of this company’s games. At the time of writing, the most popular ones were Wild Spin, Cleo’s Gold, and Bison Trail. Platipus has over one hundred slots in its catalog, and it set loose Cinderella one on the slotverse in April 2018. What we have here is a high-variance game with a max win of x1,000, an RTP of 95%, a hit frequency of 18.5, and a top bet of $40 per spin. Hence, spec-wise, this title will not stun anyone or make them play it going off its specification sheet.
Thankfully, its visuals are pretty decent, the sound design is Okay, and Platipus’ Cinderella has a bonus wheel mini-game that determines what kind of free spins round you will get after hitting three scatters on the grid in this game, which offers six bonus round variations.
Belle of the Ball
Googling Cinderella slots for this article, we stumbled upon this game from JVL, a small software gambling product supplier with around forty spinners to its name. According to this supplier’s website, it has been active in the sector for three and a half decades, but we have not heard of it until now. It unleashed Belle of the Ball in March 2022. Please note that this is also a physical machine, and it comes in seven RTP variations. The lowest one is 88%, and the highest is 97%.
Belle of the Ball is a 5×3 slot with forty paylines, and low variance. In the online iterations, we saw this product. It had a wagering range from $0.40 to $100 per spin and a free spin round with special stack symbols. The presentation of Belle of the Ball is a bit strange, as it is overly visually busy and has some 3D elements that appear out of place.
Red Tiger’s Cinderella & Cinderella’s Ball
In June 2017, Red Tiger released Cinderella, a simple reel spinner with graphics reminiscent of the Disney cartoon, a game boasting a medium variance, a default RTP of 95.2% (but it can range), and a betting range that begins at $0.20, going up to a staggering $500 per spin. The action in this title transpires on a 5×3 layout with twenty paylines, where the gaming action gets spiced up with multipliers, a pick-em-round, and Cinderella-inspired features like a Carriage spin, Slipper Trial, Fairy Magic, and Clock Strike. These elements of this game can get you closer to snagging decently-sized wins on this game that lists a top reward of x800 your stake.
Five months after Cinderella debuted, Red Tiger put out a sequel, Cinderella’s Ball, which implements many of the same specs but upped the max win to x950 and a lower highest bet of $100. These two products are super similar, and we would consider Cinderealla’s Ball only a slight upgrade to its predecessor but not a full-fledged sequel.
Ella’s Riches
Like with Belle of the Ball, we had no idea who the creator of Ella’s Riches, ReelNRG, was until we came upon this online slot. It stuns us that so many providers operate in this sphere that we have not yet discovered. One of the reasons for this is that they cater to operators in specific markets that may not be so crypto-friendly. ReelNRG is a London-based company founded in 2015, with some strange-looking games in its portfolio. Ella’s Riches (short for Cinderella) is a title they put out in January 2017, including this famous tale’s signature characters, appearing on a standard 5×3 symbol setup with thirty paylines.
The variance here is medium, the RTP is 95.04%, a minimum bet of only a penny, and a free spins mode with an accumulator bonus, meaning pumpkin symbols in the round get collected and increase payouts. Ella’s Riches is not the easiest game to find, but we managed to test it out via a demo version we tracked down, and we did not like its soundtrack, which we found annoying. We assume this slot is primarily available at UK-based online casinos that are not as established.
