Crown of Valor is a new slot from QuickSpin that is very reminiscent of another Quickspin slot, Nero’s Fortune. With a medieval asthetic, the game catches a player’s eye quickly. An animated background and board that looks like a castle wall keep the screen busy as the tiles cascade in from the top. Matching 5 or more symbols cause the clustered blocks to break and fall making way for more tiles to enter the board.

Theme & Design – Specs & Gameplay
In the base gameplay, a multiplier meter is added to the spin when a burning wild falls into view. The multiplier increases by 1 for each burning wild included in a winning cluster. The multiplier is reset after there are no more winning combinations. There is a wild fire meter that can be filled to activate the Wild Fire Feature. During this mini feature, 4 burning wilds are placed randomly on the board. It takes 18 winning cascades to activate Wild Fire.
The main feature is activated by 3-5 scatter symbols falling into view, awarding 10, 14 and 18 free spins respectively. The bonus can be purchased where available for 80x the stake and 3-5 scatters will fall on the next spin. During the bonus, all cluster wins increase the multiplier by 1x as well as any burning wild that is included in a win. Any successful cluster connection will cause atleast one burning wild to cascade onto the board. Any scatters the land during the feature adds +1 spin to the count and the multiplier does not reset between spins. During demo play the bonus could be difficult to find, but when you are able to enter the feature the potential is quick to be seen.
Verdict
As a fan of quickspin, I was excited to check this new game out, and I must say that I was not disappointed. The aesthetics are there the potential is there, and the game was fun to spin. I will be looking forward to playing this when it releases and trying to knock down the castle wall for that 10,000x+ win.
