Sabant B.V. owns and operates Tower.bet. The Curacao-based company also runs the popular crypto gambling site duckdice.io. Tower.bet is their new product that is still in its beta stage, although it is fully operational. It officially launched in January of 2020, but navigating throughout the site, it’s obvious that they are still ironing out the kinks. They haven’t implemented all the promotions, and new games should debut soon. Yet, even in this stage, the platform is better than most. The effort is evident, as is the desire for improvement, so we cannot way to see where this site will be in a year or two.
Upon first sight, we got flashes from BC.Game. Both sites use similar color palettes and illustration styles. Tower.bet seems to like the use of characters, which are cute and adorable-looking, although they don’t make me want to gamble.
Registration is simple. All you have to do is enter a user name and email address, and you get access to the platform. You’ll have to open your profile page, go to the settings tab, and choose security to set your password. Alternatively, you can sign up using a Facebook, Google, Discord, or Telegram account.
Once you become a member, you can get a better lay of the land. Although, before you become one, some useful info is visible on the front page that is quite informative. You should read it before registering.
Games offered by Tower.bet
As far as the subject of Tower.bet games goes, this is a crypto gambling site that has only provably fair games, so you cannot expect a vast selection. Currently, it has only four games on hand. These are a Hi-Lo game, a Crash game, a Wheel one, and a Cogwheel one. There’s an announcement that Slots are coming soon, but we don’t know when this precisely will happen.
Hi-Lo is a card game that uses 13 cards of each suit, and the player must guess whether the next card will be higher or lower than the previous one. In the Crash game, a multiplier grows on the chart, and it can crash at any time. If you stop it before this happens, you get a win multiplied by the value of the multiplier. In Wheel, you spin a wheel that divides into sectors. Each one denotes a multiplier, and you hope to land a better one. It is a simple game of chance, as is Cogwheel, which is a roulette game with an added twist.
That is it. We’ll have to wait for the slots to come aboard and see if they spice things up. Remember, Tower.bet is still in its infancy. Don’t expect a whole lot.
There is no Tower.bet app of any kind. Meaning, no Tower.bet mobile app for Android or iOS phones. The customer service representative told us that the platform works perfectly through a mobile browser. Perfectly was the word used, so we tested it out on an Android phone, to see if it was so.
Perfect is too strong of a word. Let us say that it worked well enough. We opened all the pages and games. Everything seemed to load fast enough, and there were no issues of any sort. One minor gripe may be that some of the text and buttons may have been a tad too small for our taste. If they were a few notches larger, it would improve usability, especially relating to the top navigation bar, where you can find the button for the drop-down menu.
Other than that, there is nothing wrong with the Tower.bet mobile version accessible through the mobile browser of your choice. So, play-on-the-go is definitely an option.
Deposits & Withdrawals
When it comes to payment options, for both Tower.bet withdrawals and deposits, this is not your run-of-the-mill crypto casino. The wealth of currencies here is something you rarely come across.
It is useful to note that Tower.bet does not accept third party deposits, and you must deposit from an account you operate. The site will not process any cross-ledger deposits, meaning the coins will be permanently lost. It also does not accept any Ethereum Tokens or internal transactions. Therefore, these will also be lost if sent.
The site allows the use of 14 cryptos. For the full list, visit the Finances page, but here are some of the more popular ones you can use.
Tower Gold is the site’s currency. It is a virtual coin for internal use that you cannot directly deposit, withdrawn, or get via an exchange. You can manually claim it, and you can earn it by clearing tasks. Sometimes you may receive exclusive bonuses that contain Tower Gold from the house
Be aware that when withdrawing funds, different methods require a different number of confirmations. You can choose between three withdrawals speeds, slow, standard, and fast. Each one comes with a specific fee. If you select fast, you should get your funds within ten minutes. In some cases, withdrawals may have to be manually confirmed, and this process may take up to a few days.
Tower.bet Bonuses & Promotions
The platform features an elaborate system of generous Tower.bet bonuses. First off, you have to be aware of what Tower Gold is, and how it works, as it may tie into some bonuses. The site doesn’t utilize a faucet, and when it comes to a deposit bonus, Tower.bet crypto casino gives away free Gold. However, in the future, it plans to add a particular deposit bonus.
Although the site doesn’t feature any cashback deals, it promises that they will make their way onto the platform soon, in a fun and unusual way. It also claims that random bonuses are a thing and that they will happen more often as the platform grows.
You also can complete daily tasks and participate in races, which are bonus games where you bet against other players to win prizes. To participate, you need to join each race separately by hitting the Join Race button. There are no entry fees or commitments. As long as it is active, you can join the race at any time, simply out-bet the other players, and enjoy prizes.
So, where do we stand on a Tower.bet VIP program? The site offers rewards based on your bet amount. How does this work? Well, every game can provide XPs, which is short for experience points. They are aggregated values for your real money bets and represent your ranking on the platform. The more you bet, the more ‘XP’ you get. Up too level 60.
If you go to your profile, you can see a Level Stats tab. Inside, you will see a full breakdown. There are seven ranks, Newborn, Rookie, Amateur, Advanced, Pro, and Master. There are ten levels in each rank. The staff told us they plan on adding new levels after current members reach level 60.
Know that every new level gives a real money bonus. The best part about this is that if you manage to rack up a few levels in a short period, it all sums up. However, you can only claim your bonuses in BTC. So, yes, there is a Tower.bet loyalty program. Bet, earn points, can claim prizes.
Tower.bet Customer Support
Tower.bet support options are live chat, email, and an FAQ section. Naturally, we immediately went to establish Tower.bet contact via the live chat option. Once the window was open, it said that there was one person ahead of us in the queue, but it took less than ten seconds for us to establish communication. The person on the other end was super-quick to respond, knowledgeable, and courteous. Even though there are no working hours listed, he assured us that support is available pretty much 24/7.
The FAQ section is commendable, as it features seven segments which are home to 47 FAQs. You can find most things here, and you should consult it before talking to Tower.bet support. If you want to use email to get in touch, you’ll have to locate it in the terms and conditions, as there is no contact page on the site. Here, we’ll do the hard work for you – [email protected].
The site endeavors to satisfy customer needs, so we’ll get it an A for effort, and a B+ for overall customer support.
The platform has an Antillephones gaming license, which is one of four Curacao master license holders. It’s not the most reputable of the bunch, but seeing as a lot of crypto casinos do not have any license what so ever, it’s better than nothing.
The site uses high-security encryption to protect player data. All the servers have full encryption, including all backups. If any data breach happens, the site pledges that it will notify all relevant users promptly.
When it comes to game fairness, you can look at the Fairness page on the website. Tower.bet publishes the server seed after the next randomization, and players can easily verify it. All the games use cryptographically provably fair RNG algorithms that the site cannot manipulate.
Know that Tower.bet can expose big winners for advertising purposes, and if they discover that you’re using a VPN to mask your location, from which you are not allowed to play, it will shut down your account and refund you. It also can ask for any KYC/AML documentation necessary to determine your identity, location, and source of funds. If you don’t provide it, you will not receive your payment.
How do we rate Tower.bet crypto casino while it is officially still in its beta stage? Well, easy. Even now, it’s better than most, so right of the bat, it gets a positive assessment. Design-wise, the platform shines. It may use already familiar themes and tricks, but you can tell that a lot of effort went into the visual look, and the site has a warm atmosphere that puts us at ease. It may be short on games and promotions right now, but the staff is working on it, and they’re trying to build a fan base on crypto forums around the interwebz. The customer support especially impressed us, sans the FAQ section, the representative we spoke to went the extra mile to provide all info we asked for in a timely and detailed manner. There may be better Bitcoin casinos out there at the moment, but keep your eye on this one. It may not be there yet, but it shows potential.
