Flush Casino Review

Flush Casino was launched in 2022, it has been around for a long time, and has mixed, but overall positive reviews online. Boasting an interface viewable in English, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, French, German, Portuguese, Czech, Spanish and Italian. It accepts eight crypto currencies and features a sizeable game lobby, offering a large welcome bonus and various platform-organized and third-party betting contests. This crypto casino one that has flown under most gamblers’ radars, still, we will venture to do an in-depth review of Flush casino here.

First Impressions

We are unsure which software solution this brand utilizes. We are sure that we have seen it before. Nonetheless, it is a pretty functional one that implements the standard online casino organizational scheme, with a few font choices we think are a bit too thick for menus. The palette here is primarily comprised of different shades of blues, some of which we would peg as a tad too saturated. A light green is the chief contract color here, and the text is predominately white.

You become a Flush Casino member by clicking on the light blue sign-up button in the top right corner of this site’s homepage, which will open a window with two tabs. The first is the login, and the second features the super short register form, which only requires you to enter a username, input your email, and settle on a password. Oh, it also wants you to check a box that signifies you agree to this hub’s terms of use, its privacy policy, and cookie-collection rules. Alternatively, you can join by choosing to do so with your Google or Facebook credentials.

Flush has social media profiles on all the major networks. Their Twitter (X) is by far the most developed, as it has almost 13.3k followers, a discord with 173 memebersm and a Telegram chat with few users. We assume the team somehow inflated these numbers, but some posts feature impressive user engagement figures. So, that leaves us a bit perplexed. We suggest considering the sign-up bonus here and getting to play the available games right off the bat. If you want to converse with fellow Flush gamblers, hit up the public chat, which is not very busy. It was pretty dead when we visited this crypto casino.

Games offered by Flush Casino

Flush Casino has now delivered on their plan to introduce Originals Games. They are Keno, Baccarat, Video Poker, Roulette, Plinko, Wheel, HiLo, Limbo, Blackjack, Diamond Poker, Dice, Crash, and Mines, and a copy of crossy road (“Cross the Road”). Demo play mode is available.

Provably Fair Verification

A provably fair gambling system is currently implemented on Flush casino originals games, you are able to retrieve the Client Seed, Server Seed, and select a Nonce. And you are either able to verify these on the casino site or on a third party. We also have a in-house built provably fair checker for all your provably fair needs!

How do you find the Client Seed, Server Seed, and how to select a Nonce:

When playing Flush casino originals games, scroll to the bottom right corner of the game window you are currently playing in, and click “Fairness” this will brign up a overlay with the “Active Client Seed”, the “Hashed Server Seed”, total bets, an option to rotate the seed pair, and also a verification page where you can verify the provably fair games and select the “Nonce” you would like. For in-depth understanding of this subject, please check out our “Provably Fair Explained”.

Features the Crossy Road copy by Flush.com, with overlayed the provably Fair Verification page that the review explains how to use

Game Provider Games

Aside from this category, the other ones available here are Popular, New, Live Casino, Feature Buy-In, Game Show Products, and Slots. These come from thirty-five suppliers, most of which are established providers. A few names we shall rattle off are Betsoft, BGaming, NetEnt, Games Global, Nolimit City, Playson, Booming Games, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Push Gaming, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Relax Gaming, and Red Tiger. In reality, the only no-so-known game company partnered with Flush Casino is Betsolutions.

The streaming suppliers are Evolution, Lucky Streak, and Pragmatic Play Live. We must add there are no RNG table games at Flush, only two virtual video poker machines and zero bingo products. The lack of specialty titles took us by surprise, and we hate that you cannot play blackjack and roulette on this site against software. That was super disappointing. Still, you get a few thousand games at Flush and a robust selection of live dealer ones.

Flush has been able to improve this section since it’s first few iterations. See here an old picture:

Access Details, Pros and Cons

First, the pros: There is no Flush Casino app. We talked briefly with this brand’s team about this, and they mentioned they saw no reason to have one since the site is pretty mobile-friendly. We must say, it is. It worked well on our trusted Samsung phone. The games we tested ran smoothly, and the general experience was pleasant.

Secondly, some cons: The load times were slow, with some standings loading very slowly. Moreover, we also thought some of the menu text was hard to read, it could be a size larger. The games we tested ran smoothly, and the bottom screen navigation bar confused us a bit with the menu icon in the middle. That caught us a bit off guard. These few complaints aside, there was not much else we could gripe about in terms of remote play at Flush Crypto Casino.

In-Depth Explanation of Deposits & Withdrawals

Without a bonus, you must wager your deposits at Flush Casino one time over, and the crypto currencies you can use here are:

  • Bitcoin
  • Binance Coin
  • Dogecoin
  • Ethereum
  • Litecoin
  • Matic
  • Tether
  • USD Coin.

The minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are shown under their respective cashier tabs for each Currency+Network pair. For most options, the minimum deposit and withdrawal here is $1. And for Ethereum, these limits stand at $10. For Bitcoin, they are $30 apiece.

The daily max withdrawal cap at Flush is $2,500. The weekly one is $5,000, and the monthly cap is $10,000. But these can increase as you reach novel VIP ranks, and the site staff told us they will only ask you to go through the KYC process when they deem it necessary. We inquired when that would be, and they replied, saying that occurs when they suspect you have multiple accounts or have dabbled in bonus abuse.

If you do not own digital coins, Flush Casino has a buy crypto tab in its cashier window that redirects you to the Onramper site on this platform. You can purchase the virtual currencies accepted on this platform using credit cards like Visa/MasterCard and Apple and G Pay.

We should not leave out that if your account remains inactive for a year and you have a positive balance, Flush will hit you with an Inactive Account Fee of €5 per calendar month. That is something we have seen at many other platforms, and while not a massive drawback, it is still a rule we are never happy to see at any analyzed casino. For more details, check out Flush T&Cs.

Weekly Wagering Race & Provider Tournaments

They run one weekly race currently, the “Flush Races”, this is a weekly leaderboard wagering contest with a $10,000 prize pool.

The rest of the promo offers consist of game provider contests, with cash prizes, multiplier rewards, and free spins. The well established games providers running tournaments include: Playson, Pragmatic Play, Evoplay, and Yggdrasil. So, you can find these companies’ famed competitions here, along with Flush races. Those are Weekly Leaderboard Challenges where you compete by betting on slots. The more you wager, the higher your placing on the contest standings, with winnings getting credited within 48 hours of the challenge’s end. Be aware that these races have a $0.20 minimum bet requirement, and you must adhere to the platform’s general bonus terms, keeping in mind that this brand can change the rules of these contests as it sees fit. For more details check out the Flush Bonus T&Cs.

VIP Program

Flush Casino has a VIP program. It seeks to deliver various rewards and milestones as you progress through different ranks. You begin in this scheme as a Noob, with 100,000 required for the next rank of Plankton. Each rank brings specific rewards, like free spins and cashback. You earn points on this site by playing eligible games, snagging ten points for every $1 wagered. The maximum in this system is one thousand points per wager. Rebates are available for Plankton level gamblers and above, providing a partial refund on losing bets. You get eleven tiers in total in this system, which is pretty decent overall.

Flush Casino Customer Support

The Flush Casino live chat utilizes the Zendesk help software. You must enter your email and a question before hoping to get linked up with the site’s live help team. We did this and got in touch with a Flush Casino representative in seven minutes. While we did get answers to all the questions we asked in this chat, we must tell you that we usually waited twenty minutes per answer. For some inquiries, the responses did not come until forty-five minutes later, which is super slow. The support is supposed to be live, not arrive an hour later. So, we cannot really compliment this customer service avenue.

We could not find a support email anywhere on this site, which also has no dedicated FAQ page. The latter gets substituted by a help center of sorts in the live chat window. It has twenty-nine questions and answers, separated into five categories. They are Account, Wallet, Bonuses & Promotions, VIP Program, and FAQ. The content of these mini-articles is Okay in terms of scope. Hence, we will not totally knock this aid method. Nevertheless, it is not one that will benefit most site users.

In direct conversation with the Flush team, they said an FAQ page is coming soon, and you can contact them at support@flush.com.

Security Concerns

Note: INNOVA PENSAR LIMITED is the new operating company of Flush Casino. Flush was previously owned by King of Clubz B.V., registered in Curacao. The point of concern that this brings up is that Flush is no longer licensed under Curacao, but instead has a license from the “Tobique First Nation, Canada”.

We do not currently hold any views on the Tobique Gamign Commission, but checking out their website, it looks to be a serious organisation, based in a well governed country (Canada).

Is Flush Casino a Scam?

Flush casino is not a scam in our opinion. The user reviews on trustpilot that we found were mixed, but of a sizable amount: 100 reviews. This is a good sign that so many bettors even took the time to review the site. Even then, the most recent complaints were addressing the recent site change and the fact many lost their levels or tiers. This should not be too much of a concern if you are a first time signup.

Overall this is still a small casino so please exercise caution when depositing and we recommend starting with small deposits.

Profile and User Security

We love that this platform lets you review your betting, transaction, and bonus history. You cannot set 2FA here, but you can exempt yourself from getting your name listed on various site stats pages. You can view monthly gaming analyses on your profile page, which is fantastic. However, you cannot set any responsible gambling measures. If you want to activate a self-exclusion ban at Flush, you must contact the support team via  the email support@flush.com, and state a period between 6 months and 5 years, this cannot be undone. Such a request should get processed and approved within twenty-four hours.

GOSU Conclusion

If this were a poker hand, would it be a flush? No. We would put it more at a straight of a three-of-a-kind hand. It is not bad, but not great. We appreciate the Flush races and the occasional giveaways here. Still, we think this site must do more to engage its user pool, and the best way to do that is through adding a variety of novel bonuses and building up its community options. The profile functionalities here need to get upgraded, and this hub desperately requires software RNG table products. Now, from what we can tell, Flush Casino is still a work in progress. It may have loads more to offer in the future. Yet, for now, we would rank it as a middle-of-the-road casino.
