You can only change the UI language, segregate those titles you like to frequently play by favoriting them, and choose to play in hidden/private mode. Whilst 2UP have told us that they have increased the number of customer service agents we still found the support lackluster. The speed of the responses were improved but the content of the responses themselves lacked detail and often directed us to pages that we could have found regardless. 

The 2UP Help Center divides into the following categories – VIP Program, Bonuses, Affiliates, Payments, Promotions, Account, Provably Fair, Casino, and Sports. These are home to fifty-three articles in total, some of which are very short, only a few sentences long.

Mobile gaming experience

You get no 2UP mobile app, but you get a very responsive 2UP mobile version that adapts well to most smartphone screens.
