While it appears that Vipgame.io ran some sort of Beta version throughout 2019, the website seems to have officially launched in May of 2020. In a short period, Vipgame.io has amassed a respectable social media presence and is looking to expand on the already conquered ground by adding more game diversity. It currently supports four cryptos, but new additions and promotions may become soon available. The site is very active on Twitter and Telegram.
Upon first access, our impression was that this is an undemanding gaming platform. One that uses the oh, so popular, color blue. In all honesty, the design is decent. What isn’t decent is that the site displays slight functionality issues. It isn’t responsive, we had trouble getting back to the home page, and we ran into some minimal scrolling issues.
To register, you’ll first have to input your email address. Then, you’ll have to make a trip to your inbox to see what verification code Vipgame.io casino sent you. You’ll have to enter that before you can input your chosen password.
The site appears somewhat bare bones. There’s no promo page, and no featured promotions other than those in the top navigation bar. Vipgame.io looks good on a desktop browser, but it didn’t function as well as we hoped.
Games offered by Vipgame.io
The site provides eight different games. These are Blackjack, 3-Card Poker, Hilo, Keno, Coinflip, a Dice game, a Lottery game, and a Crash game.
All of these are simple, proprietary games that are provably fair. The results are pre-generated using RSA asymmetric encryption. A private key encrypts randomly generated numbers and card decks that convert to a string of hexadecimal digits. After the game, a player can look at these to verify their consistency.
Every game has a relatively low house edge as it par for the course for crypto games. Instance, the Keno, Hilo, Crash, and Dice game, all have a house edge of 1%. The lottery game, and 3-Card Poker, have a house edge of around 1.5%, and the Coinflip game is the least generous, with an edge of 2.5%.
The games are easy to play. If you have any issues, you can read a short manual in the FAQ section, within the Help Center.
You can see all the bets made on the site on the particular game you are currently playing.
There is no Vipgame.io app of any sort. Nevertheless, the site works well through a mobile browser. We used an Android phone and Chrome to access it, as well as a Windows phone and the Maxthon Browser. Everything worked well.
Some of the pages were a tad slow to load, but this may have been an issue on our end. We didn’t like the typewriter Courier-style fonts the site uses to display bet lists. When the text is not white, it is difficult to read.
The website isn’t very responsive, so you cannot resize it on a desktop machine to get an idea of what it looks like on a mobile phone. So, while there’s no Vipgame.io mobile app for any type of phone, mobile browser access should do fine.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Vipgame.io crypto casino features a no deposit limit, and it allows the use of four cryptocurrencies. These are:
For deposits made via Tether and Ethereum, it will take fifteen confirmations before the funds land in your account. For Bitcoin, it will take two, and for Tron, it will only take one confirmation from the main network.
Vipgame.io takes no responsibility for the transaction time necessary due to blockchain congestion or any type of other issues. It also states that it is not responsible for confiscated or frozen assets in any way after they have been withdrawn from the service. In some cases, withdrawals may require manual confirmation by the site staff. The process may take up to a few days.
The minimum withdrawals are as follows, 0.003 BTC for Bitcoin, 0.1 ETH for Ethereum, 10 USDT for Tether, and 500 TRX for Tron.
There’s a fee for every withdrawal. For Bitcoin, this fee is 0.0002 BTC; for Ethereum, it is 0.001 ETH; for Tron, it is 1 TRX, and for Tether, it is 0.5 USDT.
Vipgame.io Bonuses & Promotions
There aren’t many enticing Vipgame.io promotions featured on the site. You get some basic stuff available at most crypto casinos.
Probably the most exciting thing in terms of promotions is the opportunity to snag a Vipgame.io bonus code in the Telegram group and claim a reward. These codes make their way in the group at random, so you have to keep your eyes open.
Vipgame.io holds Daily Races. These are daily bet races. You bet on the specified game during the specified game time, and you win a prize based on the ranking of total bet volume. The website announces the game information of the day, every day, at 00:00-UTC.
There’s a Coin Drop. You can earn free coins by clicking the Coin-Drop box in the chat. Free coins directly distribute to your account. Players can create and publish Coin Drops in the chat. The minimum amount for a Coin Drop is 0.00001BTC / 0.0001ETH / 1TRX / 0.01USDT.
Players can also participate in a Daily Giveaway, which is a daily draw. After completing a betting task, they’ll have the opportunity to receive a bonus. Daily, three to ten players can win this bonus.
The wisest way to earn currency on the site is through referrals. Have a new user sign up using your invitation code and earn 8% of the house edge of that person’s bets as commission. You earn commission regardless if that person wins or loses. The referral relationships last forever.
At present, there is no Vipgame.io VIP program. No point-collection program, no loyalty scheme of any kind. We talked to the customer representative about this. He told us that even though there have been some internal discussions on the topic, nothing has yet to materialize. Thus, there is nothing that rewards loyalty on the site. There are hopeful that they can work something out in the future and show gratitude for player patronage.
Vipgame.io Customer Support
When we first opened the site, we instantly went to contact the Vipgame.io support staff via the live chat function. Only the lower right chat icon duped us into thinking that we would get access to a service representative through it. It turned out, that’s the site’s chat room. To open the live chat window, you’ll have to access the left-side drop-down menu and click on the chat icon at the bottom. The window appeared, and we waited twenty minutes before a staff member became available to us. We did get an apology for waiting. The representative was super helpful. We give him a passing grade.
There’s a help center that you can reach via a link in the site’s footer. At first sight, you may believe that this is home to a wealth of information. Yet, it is not so. There are three categories. The FAQ section only has four FAQs. There’s a Beginner’s Guide section with eight questions and answers, and a How to Play segment, with ten Q&As. You can use a search function to find your answer, so that’s always appreciated.
You can find the terms in the Help Center, and there’s a support email. The site encourages you to reach out through a Telegram group and via twitter. There’s a help forum, as an attempt at some sort of community presence, but it appears dead.
If you are wonder if Vipgame.io is legit, know that like most crypto casinos, it too has a Curacao gaming license. Vipgame.io operates under License No. 1668/JAZ from Curaçao eGaming. Even though Curacao is one of the oldest regulators in the sphere, it’s not as reputable as the MGA or the UKGC. Nonetheless, seeing as there are a lot of crypto gambling sites that have no gaming license, a Curacao one is a decent sign regarding safety.
The site uses 256-bit elliptic curve cryptography from Cloudflare Inc. to encrypt data. It also follows the General Data Protection Regulation, a European privacy regulation, one that replaced the EU Data Protection Directive. It strengthens the security and protection of personal data in the EU.
The site also introduces a trustworthy third-party escrow to protect Vipgame.io assets from theft. It can also ask for KYC documentation to determine your identity and location.
It’s a simple gaming site, featuring simple games. What’s interesting is that, in June of 2020, Vipgame.io sent out a press release, stating that it plans to roll out slots and live games on the platform shortly. Don’t let what may appear as an underwhelming review fool you. The site has somewhat of a decent following, even though it has a small presence on crypto forums such as bitcointalk, and few sites feature it. It seems to be building up every department, slowly. It wouldn’t surprise us if it makes some waves in the future, but as things currently stand, it is just decent. It could work on faster customer support and maybe think about adding an About page. Nevertheless, if you want to play fair games and rest easy that you’ll get your winnings, Vipgame.io should do the trick. We hope the announce plans come to fruition so that we can rewrite our review.
