Curacao-based Cyber Galaxy B.V. owns and operates SandBox casino. That company shares the same platform as Owl.Games, a self-proclaimed Web 3.0 crypto casino. First Impressions
Presentation-wise, the SandBox casino looks decent. Its element configuration is a bit unusual, as it uses similar organization concepts as most other casinos but lays them out a bit differently on its homepage. The color palette used heavily relies on purples, with splashes of pink here and there. There is a hint of neon-like effects scattered on the site, in graphics and text. However, while acceptable, the platform has a clumsily put-together vibe.

When we accessed it, a bot informed us that someone would get back to us later today. We still posted our questions in the Intercom window and activated an option to have the site staff get back to us later. We inputted our email address and asked to receive a notification when this would occur. The response came to our inbox in four hours. You can access this window through an icon in the lower-left corner of your screen on a desktop computer. Or by pressing an icon at the bar at the bottom of your screen when browsing this site’s mobile version.
The SandBox terms and conditions page states that the platform support email is team@sandboxcasino.io and that representatives monitor this email 24/7 and check it even on holidays. However, going by our attempt of establishing SandBox casino email contact, we had to wait over four hours before getting a reply. Please note that our email request was not the same as the one sent through the live chat window.

To us, SandBox casino feels a bit unfinished. Unpolished, if you will. We cannot knock the game selection on this site, as it is what we expect to find at higher-end casinos, but the overall design here, the lack of an FAQ page, and the limited profile options are things we do fancy. Still, we like to post these reviews early. That means that many of our analyses are of young platforms, works in progress. We will undoubtedly revisit SandBox casino relatively soon. Until then, they can work on improving their customer support, boosting account customization options, enriching the site’s promo section, and adding some design tweaks. The casino, as is, works fine and seems reputable enough, but we believe that it can be a lot better fairly soon if Cyber Galaxy puts in the legwork necessary. It has a good foundation. It now only needs to build on it.
