A company based out of Curacao that has a gaming license from master license holder Gaming Curacao. However, when you visit the Contact Us page, you get only two contact options, email, and the Natural8 live chat. As far as we can tell, there is no phone support. The site also recommends contacting them via Facebook and Twitter. We tried that, and it took some time to get a response. It’s not advisable to use social media for tech support, although it can work.

We fired up the live chat and got a response to our first question within three minutes. There was a slight delay of two to three minutes, between when we would ask a question and when a response would arrive. Nevertheless, the customer support representative was super-professional and super-knowledgeable. We cannot complain about the live chat.

We did send an email to test out that method, as well. A response arrived within an hour. The site also features an abundant FAQ section, with nine categories and likely well over one hundred FAQs. So, we have to rate Natural8 customer support as a premium service.
