There seems to be an unadvertised Housebets support email (found in the privacy policy – support@Housebets.io). But there is a clearly posted complaint address, essentially the same thing. It is complaints@Housebets.io. We sent a general message to it containing three test questions, and our email bounced. We tried again and had no luck a second time around, facing a similar fate.
We must say that the Housebets FAQ section inside the support chat window is pretty decent. It divides into eight separate categories with, in some cases, rather extensive answers. There is no regulator badge in the homepage footer. Yet, the Housebets general T&C page states that Antillephone licenses and oversees this hub. We tried to verify this, but Antillephone did not reply to our email during our review process. That may be so since the site operator, Blueinic B.V., has another high-profile casino with this regulator’s badge in its footer. A person in the chat told us that the badge is likely missing because this brand is transitioning from Lunabets to Housebets.
We noticed that, even though the governing law here is, as expected, Curacao’s regulations, arbitration gets administered by HKIC, or the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, under Curaçao law, in Hong Kong, with the proceedings getting conducted in English.
