We didn’t test it out, but going through other user reviews, we noticed that many complain about the reply time, with some users claiming they didn’t get any response at all.

So, no live chat, poor email support, and a FAQ that puts a heavy focus on explaining what Bitcoin is, rather than what the site does in detail.

Security

This is not your typical crypto casino. It’s not the type we’re used to reviewing. It has no gaming license, and it is not interested in acquiring one. Nevertheless, given that it’s operational since 2013 and its huge user base, we can safely say that the site pays out what it owes. We couldn’t find any substantial claims that the site didn’t provide a withdrawal. Though we ran into a few user reviews that complained about their winning percentage and the house edge on the dice game.
