We struggled to find official confirmation of this, but Affpapa has given this company its compliance seal. So we believe it. First Impressions
Alcazar Casino has a green and gold color palette. On the surface, this platform looks nice, boasting a familiar organizational structure. All the standard bet slip functions are here, and, of course, in-play betting is on the table. We must note that pages loaded slowly for us in the sports betting interface, which seems like a general site issue.
Easy Access
There is no Alcazar mobile app, as you would expect. We tried to see if there is a difference between the responsive desktop version of this site and what you get on mobile phones. In this process, we noticed that the Alcazar website is not very responsive. It does not display the game library when we resized our desktop Chrome window to a smaller vertical rectangle. Thankfully, this platform functioned well on our Android phone, also through Chrome. You have a three-bar icon in the top left, which pulls out the main menu, and all the games here get organized in a two-column layout. The load times we experienced were acceptable, all the elements were pretty much an Okay size, and everything we tried to play remotely ran fine. Thus, we cannot complain too much on this front. You should be able to access this site regardless of your smartphone or tablet device.
Deposits & Withdrawals
The homepage has logos for Tether and Binance USD, suggesting that these are the two accepted cryptos at Alcazar. But, when we opened our cashier tab, we only saw USDT as a coin option. The other possibility allowed was to deposit from FCF Pay, a payment solution that permits merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments. Perhaps when you link your wallet, both options become available. Nevertheless, this hub appears to only work with Metamask, Coinbase, and WalletConnect. We use a different wallet, so we chose not to make an account on these sites to test this.
We asked around in the official Telegram group and got told there that this site has no minimum deposit and withdrawal limits, and it features no max ones either. That info does not get presented anywhere on the website itself. It cannot be found on the FAQ page. Nor in the cashier tab. In this official channel, we also got told that there is no KYC at Alcazar Casino. We found that somewhat strange, as the Privacy Policy at this site talks about the platform using your data to comply with AML/KYC regulations. That leaves us asking if they just copied it from someplace else.

At the time of writing, we noticed that on the official channel (Telegram), two NFT giveaway discussions were taking place. However, we did not know if they operated through the raffle mechanic.
It looks like Alcazar has a developed affiliate scheme, but we could not read up on it, as both the Affiliate and Refer a Friend links in the footer did not work. Going by the whitepaper, this should have been active in Phase One of this site’s development. That document also notes that Alcazar runs daily giveaways and competitions. We assume these work through the Telegram group.
On the casino site, a welcome bonus, delivering up to $777 in free-play cash, is available through the top bar. It comes with an x40 wagering requirement, a thirty-day deadline, and asks for a minimum deposit of $10. Interestingly, no other info, such as game contribution rates, gets mentioned for this offer anywhere. The top bar also presents a $10 bonus if you wager up to $500, with a max cap of $20 per spin. We are not 100% sure how this deal works either, as extra info is lacking regarding it.
VIP Program
No info regarding any Alcazar loyalty benefit system gets listed anywhere. Accordingly, one would conclude that there is no Alcazar VIP program. Nonetheless, after a quick chat with the platform’s CEO, James, he told us that super frequent players here will get cashback directly credited to their accounts by him. Sadly, he would not divulge the percentages in play. Still, if you bet long enough here, it is good to know that you may get some perks in return.
Alcazar Casino Customer Support
There is no Alcazar Casino live chat, if you can believe that. The platform claims that it has 24/7 support running through its official Telegram page and help email address. We sent a message to the latter (support@alcazar.world) and did not get a timely reply. While waiting for our email response, we popped into the Telegram group. This community channel had over three thousand registered members, but less than two dozen were active. Site staff does lurk here, but they are slow to reply, and when they do, their answers are so-so.
In the homepage footer, you will find links to a Help Center and an Alcazar FAQ section. They are the same thing, leading to the same page with eleven categories. The info presented is acceptable and decently presented. It is just that there is not loads of information here. Hence, overall, we must conclude that all Alcazar support avenues left us underwhelmed.
Security
From what we could see on the Alcazar Casino website, this platform has no gaming license. It does not claim that it has one, so it should come as no surprise that it has no regulator badge anywhere. While this may be a red flag for some, we should point out to crypto-gambling newbies that coin-based gaming/betting hubs often launch their operations with no regulatory approval. Then, they attain a stamp of approval from a licensor at the end of their first year.

In our opinion, this site is still looking to find its footing, ironing out various kinks. In our eyes, all this means little, as the Alcazar website displayed multiple issues when we used it. Links did not work, the left-side menu overlapped site elements, load times were unsatisfactory, and different links led to the same page. There are no game sorting options, only a few general categories, and the product offering could be better, considering the competition existing in the online gambling arena.
This brand is not trying to compete with sector top dogs but is attempting to carve out its niche among hardcore crypto gamblers. It may be successful with that, who knows. We are usually doubtful of these projects. Though, we will not give a prediction concerning Alcazar’s chances of success. What we will state is – as a crypto casino and sportsbook, this one falls short when stacked against the sphere’s best.
