Cloudbet removed on BTCGOSU due to open scam accusation

GOSU NEWS

Update: Turns out the player in question made several untrue statements and we have re-activated Cloudbet for that reason.

We have to announce that known crypto sportsbook Cloudbet has been removed on BTGOSU because of an unsolved scam accusation against the bookmaker on bitcointalk.org.

Announcing something like this never is a pleasure – based on the information provided by a player who claims that Cloudbet doesn’t pay him out at least $15,000 and Cloudbet’s statements, there was no other option but removing/deactivating Cloudbet on our website. We can’t and will never support such acts by casinos since they destroy the whole industry and the reputation. A dispute where a player is owed $15,000 and simply not paying him back his deposits even though the situation is “at least” unclear, why would a trusted operator do that?

You may find all information on this in the following bitcointalk thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5279500.msg55299183#msg55299183

It’s worth mentioning that personally, we have never experienced the slightest problem with Cloudbet and none of our readers has ever reported a problem. Still, in recent months, more and more “accusations” as well as negative stories popped up on bitcointalk.

We will try our best to jump in, asking Cloudbet to re-evaluate the case and find a solution and will of course post updates when we have them.
